01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pak375 platform — whether through the website at pak375.pro, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pak375, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without a registered account. Using any part of the pak375 platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

02Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pak375 platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or following a ban imposed by pak375.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated here. pak375 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criteria at any time. Providing false information in connection with eligibility may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on the pak375 platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension across all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested. You must keep your account information current — if any registered details change, you should update them promptly.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including all bets, deposits, and withdrawal requests.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pak375 support immediately.
• pak375 may require identity verification documents before processing certain transactions or activating account features. This is standard practice and applies to all accounts above specified transaction thresholds.

pak375 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

04Deposits & Payments

pak375 processes all account deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. Available channels and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the pak375 cashier at the time of transaction.

• All funds deposited into your pak375 account must come from payment sources that are registered in your own name.
• pak375 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing funds from payment methods registered to another person is prohibited.
• Deposit confirmation times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected quickly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• pak375 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. These are outside pak375's control.

pak375 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request additional verification before accepting it. Declined deposits will be returned to the originating payment source within a reasonable timeframe.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your pak375 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals are paid in PKR through the same channels available for deposits.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, pak375 may require identity verification, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pak375 cashier. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard requests are typically handled within the timeframe stated in the cashier for the selected method.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is available. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• pak375 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending verification or investigation of suspicious account activity.

06Bonuses & Promotions

pak375 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria vary by offer and are stated in the specific promotion details.
• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be met through qualifying game play before any withdrawal can be processed from that balance. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contributions are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the stated period result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• pak375 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pak375 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules that apply across the platform include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where a specific game or market explicitly offers a cash-out or cancellation option before the relevant event concludes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, game, or live table.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, pak375 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• For live sports betting, odds and markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed before suspension are settled based on the market rules applicable at the time of placement.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — are subject to standard cricket betting rules covering abandonment, reduced overs, and no-result scenarios. Specific settlement rules for cricket markets are detailed in the sports betting section.
• pak375 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for individual accounts at its discretion.

In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, pak375's decision following review of the relevant data is final.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak375 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in the same or a different name.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of software assistance to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploits discovered must be reported to support and not used for personal benefit.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any activity connected to criminal finance. pak375 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity where required.
• Sharing your account login with any other person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at pak375 staff or other players.

09Account Suspension & Closure

pak375 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• Activity that pak375 determines, in its reasonable assessment, represents a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• Request by the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming section.

Upon account closure for breach of terms, pak375 may retain any funds in the account as partial or full remedy for losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where an account is closed without breach of terms — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing.

Players who wish to close their pak375 account voluntarily should contact support. Accounts that have been self-excluded at the player's request will not be reopened without a mandatory cooling-off period.

10Privacy & Data

pak375 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration and operation. The categories of data collected include identity information, contact details, payment information, device and session data, and transaction records. This data is used to operate the account, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

pak375 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party providers only where necessary to operate the platform — for example, payment processors handling JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions, or identity verification services. All third-party providers are required to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

By registering an account at pak375, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you should not register or continue to use the platform.

11Responsible Gaming

pak375 is an entertainment platform for adults. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity funded with discretionary money that you can afford to lose. It should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a means of managing financial stress.

12Limitation of Liability

• pak375 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming on the platform beyond the return of any verifiable deposits made for which no game was played.
• pak375 is not responsible for any network, device, or connection issues on the player's side that affect the ability to place bets or play games.
• pak375 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Where a game or bet is voided due to a technical error, the player's liability is limited to return of their stake for the affected round. pak375 is not liable for profits the player believed they would have received from a game affected by a genuine error.

Nothing in these terms limits pak375's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

pak375 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last reviewed" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the pak375 platform following any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
